MAXX12 grew out of the friendship between lead guitarist T Michael Riddle and his mentor, legendary guitarist Ronnie Montrose and was based on their vision of a better world.

MAXX12’s original musical catalogue was rooted in outrage over corrupt systems and government and served as a call to action for those fed up with the way the world is run. Through songs from its debut CD, “Raw”, the band expressed its frustration and encouraged the audience to stand up for their rights and join the MAXX12 Nation. People attending performances were transported into a world where individuals could denounce authority without repercussions, and go home feeling empowered.
